NAC combined with Quercetin helps control allergies
July 15, 2013
About 3 years ago my primary care doctor suggested Quercetin and NAC taken together for allergies would help me without side effects. I've been taking NAC, as needed, since then and have not had any sinus infections since then, which used to be an annual or bi-annual problem for me. Now, I do take an OTC allergy drug at bedtime per the instruction of another primary care doctor some years ago. This combination has completely freed me from the sinus infections. It's truly wonderful. The NAC and Quercetin have no down side. The dosage 1-3 NAC with 1 Quercetin per 8-12 hours. I've never used over one dose per 24 hours, and have been completely relieved of symptoms.
Pros:It does it's job. Has no taste or side effects. No extra thirst, nothing.
