Love this stuff its amazing. I had to ease up to drinking 400mg a day, so be careful at first. I take it for migraines as requested by my neurologist. And I love it, cannot ever live without it! Haven't tried other flavors however the lemon is great tasting. I mix it with hot water and I started replacing my second cup of morning coffee with it. Sometimes ill drink it before bedtime to relax. Magnesium is a natural muscle relaxer, it works wonders!
Pros:Taste Good, Helps with headaches, natural stress reliever
Cons:If you drink too much at first without building a tolerance, you will get diarrhea.
