Provides inositol hexanicotinate, a compound of nicotinic acid (niacin) with inositol. Taken orally, the niacin releases slowly, thereby minimizing the likelihood of "niacin flush". Though chemically linked to inositol, the niacin in this formulation is highly bio-available.*

great for lowering cholesterol

This product was recommended by my doctor to lower my husband`s cholesterol in a more natural way. One pill 3 times a day. He took lipitor, vytorin, crestor, etc for 10 years and had more side effects than good.
Pros:
I love tha it`s non flush, meaning you won`t be red on the face!!!
