I've been using One Step Vanilla Flavor since 2008 I guess. My chiropractic recommended it for my fibromyalgia. I make a milkshake every morning for breakfast. I fill a glass with ice and add some milk, add the mix and put it in a blender. It's better that way than with just water. I can tell a big difference when I don't use it for a few days.
Pros:It has more than the FDA requirements of most all of the vitamins and minerals in it, except calcium and Vit D & K.
Cons:It's an acquired taste.
