Optivite® PMT is the first multivitamin - multimineral supplement formulated for use by women with Premenstrual tension syndromes (PMTS). Available to PMTS sufferers over the past 20 years, Optivite® underwent several clinical studies published in peer-reviewed medical journals: 3 open trials and 2 double blind placebo-controlled studies.

Take 2-6 Tablets per day as part of the dietary program described in the brochure inside bottle, or as directed by a physician.

Optivite PMT saved my life. I was having terrible moments when I was a young mom with temper and just feeling "out of my body" with anger. These vitamins totally changed my personality. It only took a few days and I was calmer and didn't fly off the handle. Great for women!
