My morning brew

I've battled HBP for years and I've been making lifestyle changes, as well as, incorporating natural elements/supplements into my diet to help keep my HBP in check. I decided to try Hibiscus tea when I heard on a Dr. Oz show it would help. I like that this tea brews dark and rich in flavor. I steep it covered for at least 5 min. I brew a cup of Hibiscus tea every morning, add a little raw honey and pour it in a glass (or my travel steel container) with 4 oz. of pure pomegranate juice. My concoction has a tart flavor and I love it!
