Both my 8 year old daughter and I have been using this product for over a year as part of our Lyme Disease treatment protocol as prescribed by our doctor (LLMD). It is very gentle and effective. We vary it with another digestive enzyme product that contains turmeric rhizome. This product is good for when we do not want any extra turmeric as it does not have that ingredient. The highlight of this digestive enzyme support is the balance & variety of digestive enzymes it contains. A well thought out product that we will continue to use.

Good for kids & adults
Cons:
The "other ingredients" could be improved upon.
