Good stuff

My wife has been using the PaleoMeal Vanilla by Designs for Health for about 4 months and has been helping her with a little weight gain. It was recommended by her pain doctor along with mixing it with almond milk.

I have PaleoMeal Vanilla for breakfast. A scoop and a half, tbsp coconut oil, 10 oz water, and a cup of frozen blueberries. Delicious. I really enjoy it. It satisfies my hunger for almost 4 hours. i believe PaleoMeal Vanilla to be of high quality, though I don't know for certain. I believe PaleoMeal Vanilla to be good for me, but I suppose I don't know that either. It's strange to review supplements with so much uncertainty. I like that there's no added sweetener.I keep buying PaleoMeal Vanilla and enjoying it in the morning.

Delicious tasting protein powder

I got a sample from my acupuncturist and added two heaping teaspoonfuls to my oatmeal whilst on vacation which made the oatmeal taste delicious without adding any kind of sweetener and added a bit of substance to a carbohydrate breakfast. Haven't tried it in water as a drink, but I'm sure the taste would be easy to take.
Pros:
Quick,easy and versatile way to increase protein intake by adding to water, shakes or foods like oatmeal and yogurt.
Cons:
Expensive. The price of $100.00 seems excessive and unless the acupuncturist gives me more samples, I would not be inclined to spend that kind of money without my blood pressure rising. Would be wary of recommending because of the price unless I know the person could afford it..
