PHB pH Balance Formula is very good for balancing PH. I take it 4 times daily between meals and my urine tests have consistently been between 7.0 and 8.0. PHB pH Balance Formula was recommended in an enzyme therapy book I had purchased. Enzymes must have a good PH environment to work effectively. Before taking this product, my PH was at 6.0 and sometimes lower. My original purchase was to ensure I was utilizing my oral enzymes effectively. I have performed additional research since I started on PHB ph and discovered that the body will lose weight more effectively if the PH is normal. I can verify that this is also correct as I have started losing weight since I added this formula to my daily intake. Additionally, the weight does not fluctuate by 2-3 pounds daily like it used to. I will continue PHB pH Balance Formula after my therapeutic enzyme therapy has ended. It would be beneficial for anyone.

Balanced my PH and allowed me to lose pounds that I had been unable to lose.
Enhanced the effectiveness of my therapeutic enzyme therapy.
