Having had so many disappointments in my life I have all but quit taking any supplements. You are promised the moon and in my experience I have yet to see any delivery. My daughter and I struggle physically with many of the same things. She went to a Natural Doctor who proscribed ProtoClear and several other things. She had such amazing results, I wanted to try it. Tao my amazement it is better than expected!

Has a very pleasant taste, First time I order it took 10 days to get here, but the next, was here with 4 days. What a surprise.
Use it in smoothies mornign and noon. Mix with juice, soy milk and banana.
Cons:
A little grainy if mixed with just water.
