This is my third big jar of Protocol Life Balance. I was reccomended to me by my Naturalpath as I changed my eating habits to heal from Candida. The Vanilla flavor has just the right amount of sweetness. I have it for breakfast and I am good all the way until lunch. The powder has some super good stuff in it. I plan to contuinue using it in some capacity evven after the candida clears up.

Protoclear is a great non-dairy protein powder. I choice Protoclear because it didn't have any additives. I find that I like it best blended with just ice and water. It's a little too sweet with fruit added.
Pros:
Smells and tastes good.
Cons:
It has iodine and there is some controversy about how added iodine effects your thyroid health, especially if you have an autoimmune condition.
