Fit Raw is for me. At 67 it is hard to lose weight. Fit has aide me effort.

RAW Fit Protein is vegan, high protein, gluten free, soy, and dairy. I am 67 and need a high protein filled with the right amount of nutrients that would add my metabolism - burn fat. Along with my exercise routine, 4 to 5 days a week, 1 to 2 hours each time. along with cardio, free weights, machines I have lost 15 pounds in a month. For me that was great. I am eating a grain free, and dairy free diet. Yes! I will continue to use RAW Fit Protein, I discovered it through a women's health magazine.
Cons:Not enough of the product per canister.
