Great help for sleep!

My doctor recommended that I take two magnesium before bed. It has helped me (age 59) tremendously to sleep better. I now have my husband (age 61) and daughter (age 35) taking them also, and they have had good results too. I have also heard that many people are lacking in magnesium, so it is a good supplement to be taking regardless of sleep problems.
Pros:I don't believe there are any side effects to taking magnesium, which can't be said for alot of other sleep aids.
