I ordered Rice Bran Oil because it was recommended over other oils. I have a skin fungus that reacts to all sorts of foods and oils. Rice Bran Oil does not cause a reaction. It doesn't have any flavor, really, so is a good oil to use in all situations. I like to bake with it. It also has a high smoke point, so it is good for pan frying. I will be using Rice Bran Oil from here on out. I have read that there are other benefits, so do the research for yourself.
Pros:No strong flavors that interfere with what I am baking or cooking.
Cons:It is rather expensive.
