Blood Pressure help

This product was recommended by my Dr. to help reduce my high blood pressure(200/100). I personally do not use pharmaceuticals. I started with 1 cap 3 time per day, and it was doing some help but my Dr recommended
2 caps 3 times per day and it was maintaining my blood pressure (130/80).
Pros:
easy to take, no side effects
Cons:
retail price , but thanks to Pureformulas , the price is within by budget
