Based on my naturopathic doctor's recommendation, I've been using Similase GFCF with my largest meal every day (1 capsule), and sometimes with every meal. I've only used it for a couple of weeks so far, but it seems to be helping improve my digestion. (The only reason I don't give it five stars is because I need to use it for longer to see if it's truly helpful.)
