Great multivitamin

Used in friut shakes each day, this powder offers a great multivitamin. It doesn't have any discernible taste so the fruits of the shake come through beautifully.
Pros:
It's natural, food based composition and broad content of vitamins and minerals
Cons:
I dislike that the scoop is often buried down in the powder when first opened.

I would recommend this item to a friend.
