I have gotten canker sores almost constantly since I can remember. I then got married and my wife wanted me to start taking vitamins. Evidently my canker sores were due to some vitamin deficiency, because after I started taking these I hardly ever get them. Would another vitamin work just as well? Who knows, these are the ones I've been taking and they seem pretty good.
Pros:
these things are the alphabet soup of vitamins.
Cons:
Am I supposed to take these orally or otherwise? Just kidding, they're pretty normal sized for vitamins.
