I am very pleased with this product. The price was excellent and I received the product quickly. This was much better than the place from which I previously ordered. Spectra was recommended to me by a Physician who was trying to get my hormones straightened out. At that time I used Spectra for Women, but since I am now over 60, I changed to Spectra for Seniors.
Pros:
I went off the product for a while and I was sick every time I turned around. Once the product got in my system, my immune system has been much improved.
Cons:
You should take four pills a day - must admit I just take one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
