I have been using SPZM sporadically for about a year. It was recommended to me by someone who teaches Chinese Medicine at UC Berkeley. For years I have occasionally had muscle spasms due to scoliosis & too much time on my computer. I often waited until the spasms got bad before resorting to muscle relaxants & Vicadin to releave the pain. Now, when I feel a spasm coming on, I take 2 SPZM & I don't get the spasm. I have not had a real spasm since taking SPZM. If it's a placebo, I don't care because it's working.
Pros:It seems to work & it's inexpensive.
