Pros outweigh the cons

I was a little fearful to be taking something with lithium in it, considering how high doses are prescribed for bipolarism and schizophrenia. However, Stress Factors pills only have 5mg while prescriptions are upwards of 180mg/day which made me feel better about not being crazy. I take them in the morning when cortisol levels are at their highest, and they seem to help get rid of that ever-present butterfly nervous feeling that I've been experiencing for months. I really like them, I just hope for the cost that I won't have to take them forever. I have an extreme fear and panic when I fly, so I don't think these would do much for something like that, but on an average day they take the edge off which is great. I find they don't help as much when taken later in the day.
Pros:Feeling calm, taking away the feeling that I could panic at any moment.
