For vaginal treatment using a tampon:

Apply 40 to 60 drops to the tip of the tampon.

Before bedtime, insert the tampon as close to the cervix as possible. Remove the following morning. For severe symptoms, such as itching with or without discharge, use every night for one week, then every other night until improvement (approx. one to two weeks), then continue two times per week as a preventative.

A mild burning sensation can occur and will disappear after approximately three minutes and is normal. If burning continues longer, simply decrease dosage.

For vaginal douche:

Add one teaspoon in a cup of clean, warm water. Use as a retention douche.

Thuja can also be applied topically to the skin several times a day.

Not to be ingested.

Do not use during menstruation. If server vaginal dryness, burning, or pain is presented, do not use.
