Recommended by my chiro along with complete whey-G. I like doing daily greens and he said this product is especially excellent for women because the greens are sprouted.
Pros:
As with complete whey-G I like the fact that it does not make my shake too thick. The daily required amount is just right for a single glass.
Cons:
Struggle sometimes with caps of these jars but don't have any problems with powder itself.
