I have been using Total Male for about two monthes now and wow what a difference this has made.I have more energy and i fill more alert than i have in ten years.Not only do i fill better but i also lost eleven pounds and i did not even have to change my diet.The directions on the bottle call for just one a day.But i get best results by taking two as soon as i get up in the morning with a glass of water.Two an hour after lunch.And two more and hour after dinner.After i finish a bottle i take three days off before getting back on it again.
