Tranquil Mind 500 mg by Banyan Botanicals was recommended by a pharmacist who is taking specialized classes in ayurvedic medicine. I have been taking tranquil mind for almost 2 mos. and have had excellent results. I take 2 tablets with warm water 15 min. before breakfast and the same 15 min. before dinner. I had bouts of extreme anxiety and thanks to tranquil mind I no longer experience it. I highly recommed it & would not normally have taken the time to write a review if I hadn't experienced such incredible results. I felt very strongly against prescription anti-depressants and anti-anxiety pills. I am so grateful to have found this over the counter solution. Thank you!
