Metagenics’ UltraClear PLUS® is a medical food formulated to nutritionally support the management of chronic fatigue syndrome; it’s also designed for

Blend, shake, or briskly stir about two level scoops (44 grams) of UltraClear PLUS into eight fluid ounces of chilled water or juice twice daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. For highly sensitive individuals, consider reducing consumption to 1/2 to 1 scoop with 4-5 ounces of chilled water or juice twice daily during the first 3 to 4 days before starting a full daily dose.
Vitamin A Warning: Excess Vitamin A intake may be toxic and may increase the risk of birth defects. Pregnant women and women who may become pregnant should not exceed 5,000 IU of pre-formed vitamin A (retinyl acetate or retinyl palmitate) per day. It is also recommended that children under four should not regularly consume more than 2,500 IU per day.

I try to do this UltraClear PLUS Medical Food cleanse twice a year. It tastes like vitamins and vanilla... I mix frozen berries into it and almond milk (the 1st week only) and to me, the flavor of this is addictive! i also feel energetic while on it... though you will feel deprived when week 2 kicks in.
