Blend, shake, or briskly stir about two level scoops into eight ounces of chilled water twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Just what I wanted and expected

I have been getting this product from my health practitioner for a couple of years now. I am so happy to find Pureformulas where I can get what I need faster and at a great lower price!
Pros:
I get a quick, healthy protein meal while keeping my energy levels and blood sugar even.

Tasty and satisfying

I loved making this shake alone, with my morning fruit or with a sub scoop of chocolate ultrameal to make a milk chocolate shake. I'm going to stick with this flavor thru my program.
Pros:
Blended with ice and/or fruit and it is great!
Cons:
The ultrameal when just shaken has a little bit of a powder like taste at first.
