Seems to work pretty well, although I would take the product around 30 minutes to 1 hour before sleep. I really don't believe that ANY sleep product works as quickly as they are advertised. You're not going to ingest Valerian Root and then nod off immediately! I also believe that Valerian Root may work better on an empty stomach. All in all, not a bad product.
Pros:
Valerian Root's capsule form is better than tablet form in ALL supplement cases.
Cons:
Doesn't work as quickly as advertised.
Valerian root stinks!
