This product was the best quality for the best price compared to anything else I saw on the web. The shipping was fast and accurate. Overall, good purchase and I'll be likely to re-order again soon. As for effects--I haven't seen any personal changes, but I read that it takes up to 3 months to take effect and this is only my first month.
