Take 1 capsule two or three times daily for eight to twelve weeks. Thereafter, take 1 capsule daily. Vitex works gently. Best results obtained with continuous, long-term use.

Do not use during pregnancy.

Cons:
Won't know if product works to start up my period again for a few months.
