PGX® is a completely unique blend of highly purified soluble fibers processed using advanced proprietary technology. Compared to other soluble fibers, significantly less PGX is required to obtain the same important health benefits including glucose balance, appetite control and reduced food cravings.

Highly refined and uniquely processed, PGX possesses the greatest viscosity (gelling property) of any single dietary fibre. It is three times as viscous as guar and approximately seven times as viscous as psyllium. By combining glucomannan with other soluble fibres, the viscosity of PGX is amplified further and has a viscosity 3-5 times higher than glucomannan alone.

Gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), rice powder, magnesium stearate (vegetable grade).

Take 2-4 capsules, taken with 8-16 fl oz of water, 5 to 10 minutes before meals or as directed by a health professional.

Drink at least 4 fl oz of water per capsule when taking this product. Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty in swallowing.
