A doctor of Eastern Medicine recommended Yin Chao Junior by Health Concerns to me. I use it when the kids begin to get a little sniffle, sneeze or cough. It keeps their cold to a minimum if I catch it right away. I've been using this product since my children were 9 months old ( they are now 4 and 5 years old). The label says to mix it in their juice, etc, but I've always give it to them straight. They don't seem to mind it. It works really well for them and as I said the duration of their illness is much shorter than if I didn't use it. I even started using it for myself when I feel I'm getting sick. Love this product and will continue to use it.
