Your body requires a constant supply of micro-nutrients (such as vitamins and minerals) to support different biological processes. Vitamins are organic micro-nutrients that come from plants and animals. Minerals‚ on the other hand‚ are inorganic micro-nutrients that come from inorganic sources‚ including soil‚ water‚ and other earth materials.

Vitamins and minerals are often combined to enhance each other's absorption inside the body. A good example of this is the combination of zinc and vitamin C. Zinc is an essential mineral that plays a role in regulation of enzymes and boosting immunity‚ and vitamin C is a great antioxidant that’s important to immune system health and wound healing. Adding zinc improves the antioxidant potential of vitamin C‚ while the latter promotes increased absorption of the former.

You can get zinc and vitamin C from different food sources. Seafood‚ meat‚ and dairy products are rich in zinc. Citrus fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamin C. However‚ getting enough of these nutrients isn’t always easy. Low levels of vitamin C or zinc can weaken your immune system. Other potential symptoms of a deficiency include sore muscles‚ recurring cough and colds‚ and flu-like symptoms. If these occur frequently‚ you may want to consider taking a dietary supplement.

Zinc C CWS by Pharmax is a liquid supplement that can help restore your levels of zinc and vitamin C. It contains natural ingredients unlikely to cause major harmful side effects. In addition to vitamin C and zinc‚ it also contains glycerol and purified water‚ added ingredients that support the supplement’s structure and absorption inside the gastrointestinal tract.

Each one-ounce bottle of Pharmax’s Zinc C CWS should last you between one to two months‚ depending on your required dosage.

Pharmax has been on the leading edge for more than 15 years‚ providing supplements backed by research-driven‚ scientific evidence. It prides itself on strict quality control and independent testing of all of its nutraceutical products. Every Pharmax product benefits from innovative manufacturing processes that maximize its effectiveness to its users.

Has helped my son's eczema
January 5, 2012
My son has eczema, and as part of diagnosing the cause (part of it is due to his multiple food allergies), his pediatrician tested his zinc levels and found them to be low. He has been taking 20 drops of Zinc C CWS with his juice every day for the past few months and his skin has improved a lot. We've also done things like rub evening primrose oil on his skin, and added vitamin D to his diet so those could be contributing factors as well.
Pros:
Seems to help my son's skin/eczema Mixes easily with liquid so no need to take it in a pill form No taste/aftertaste so my son takes it with his juice without any problems
Cons:
At 20 drops/day we go through a bottle very quickly
