      Pretty good.

      from N/A on 10/09/2016
I followed the instructions exact on Almond Flour Pizza Dough Mix by Simple Mills. It forms twos pizza dough. When I baked, I put it on the bottom rack first. When I added toppings, I then swap it to top rack and in result, it came out soft and crunchy and I was able to lift it. Depending on how thin or thick you make the crust is what determines if you can lift it or eat with a fork.

Easy directions, came out soft and crunchy, and was able to lift and eat.

I would recommend this item to a friend.

      Excellent GF mix

      from Maryland on 7/31/2016
I have been gluten-free (GF) for several years and Almond Flour Pizza Dough Mix by Simple Mills is the best pizza dough that I've found in a pre-mix form. My husband also loves this mix, and he is not GF. As with any GF pizza made with healthy ingredients, you have to expect that this is a knife-and-fork pizza (you can't pick it up to eat), but the flavor is excellent. Follow the instructions on the box for splitting the dough into two balls and flattening with your hand to the recommended width (this will get the thickness correct), and the dough will cook up just fine.

Flavor, easy to prepare, healthy ingredients

Almond Flour Pizza Dough Mix by Simple Mills didn't work for me. I couldn't get the dough to cook all the way through, and I didn't enjoy the flavor.

      It's grain-free.
