I have been taking Astaxanthin with 300 mg Omega-3 ALA by Dr. Mercola for several years and I believe it not only keeps my immune system working well but also keeps my skin looking its best.

It does not have a fishy taste like krill supplements.

I would recommend this item to a friend.
