About Honey Gardens

From humble beginnings as a beekeeping project on their family's farm in 1965, Todd and his brother Tom built Honey Gardens to serve the beekeeping farms of the Finger Lakes region of New York, and to inspect bee populations for the State of Vermont. The owners then reintroduced traditional raw, farm-style honey to local markets which eventually led to expansion beyond their central area of production. Since then, Honey Gardens exclusively bottles honey from local beekeeping colonies through the spring and summer months, which they believe encourages sustainability for both the bee populations and landowners. Today, Honey Gardens produces a wide variety of raw, unfiltered, and flavored honey, syrups, and propolis salves with denser nutrition richer flavor compared to commercial liquid honey.
