    Good vitamin C product

I really like Calcium Ascorbate Crystals by Source Naturals as a supplemental Vitamin C because it is buffered and easy on the stomach since it is non-acidic. I also like it since it is in powder form so isn't just another tablet or capsule to take. I use 1/4 teaspoon 3 times per day which is beneficial for the immune system.

    Pros

I like it since it is buffered so is non-acidic and also like it since it is a powder rather than capsules or tablets.

    Cons

I can't think of anything I don't like about Calcium Ascorbate Crystals.

I would recommend this item to a friend.
