    I take this for increased muscle mass and it seems to be helping. I have been shopping with Pureformulas for a long time. Always a good value and fast shipping. This creatine doesn't make me bloated, has a neutral taste, and mixes well in a blender.

    I liked the old product "Creatine Gluten Taurine" from Optimum Nutrition but they discontinued that - and Micronized Creatine Powder is the replacement product.

    Pros

    Micronized and from a reputable company - the price is good also.
