Really great stuff

I love using Coconut Oil Extra Virgin to cook with. It's so much more satisfying to know that I'm cooking with something that doesn't break down in the heat to something that 's harmful to my body. I also take a couple of teaspoons of this with breakfast to get a healthy dose of those awesome triglycerides and the medium-chain fatty acids that give my brain an early and easily utilized source of fuel to start my day off well. I tend to be a bit hypoglycemic and the first part of me to feel it is my brain and my thinking, and I feel that Coconut Oil Extra Virgin helps with that. I need to get some more as soon as I can, but used it for the better part of two months, although I saved a bit to continue cooking with. My girlfriend says she tastes it a little bit in certain foods, but I don't seem to notice it at all.
Pros:natural - wide range benefits - great for cooking - good brain fuel
Cons:my girlfriend tastes it in some of the foods like eggs, but I don't notice it at all.
