Good Alternative Sweetener

Erythritol Natural Sweetener is a good, natural sweetener. In baking, I'll substitute erythritol for 1/3 of the sugar called for in a recipe. It yields similar results to the 100% sugar version. Erythritol Natural Sweetener is less sweet than sugar, so (volume wise) you need to use a little more erythritol than you would sugar to achieve the same sweetness.
Pros:Makes a recipe more healthy. Works well to sweeten beverages.
Cons:Doesn't brown like sugar in baking. You don't get the same crispness you do with sugar.
