HORMONE BALANCE (formerly Estrogen Balance) is a unique formula designed to support healthy hormone metabolism. It contains DIM (diindolylmethane) and concentrated Flax Lignans, both shown to favorably promote normal estrogen metabolism by maintaining the 2/16 hydroxy estrogen ratios in both pre- and post-menopausal women. This formula contains those nutrients and herbs best supported by research to promote breast and prostate health. In addition, the formula contains piperine, which has been shown to dramatically increase the absorption of beneficial flavonoids. It would be prudent to use this formula in combination with a Multi-Nutrients vitamin-mineral supplement in order to assist utilization and nutritional benefits.

A good value for a good product.

I've used this product for several years. It was recommended by my women's health nurse practitioner to help my body better metabolize my own estrogen, which is at diminished levels as I age. I initially bought it through the health store affiliated with her clinic, but they no longer carry it, so I went searching for a new vendor.
Pros:
I like that it has been available at a reduced price through PureFormulas every time I have needed it and that shipping has been free.
Cons:
I don't like that I have to remember to order it before I run out.
