I've been using this product for over a year now for menopausal hot flashes and mood swings. It really helps to calm both. It's a great product and I would recommend to anyone. I started out with 2/day- now I'm down to 1. Shipping from pureformula took over a week this time, though. Make sure you allow enough time to order.
