I'm on my 3rd bottle of Phosphatidylserine, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my mental function, mental clarity, and memory. I'm only 39 years old, but have struggled with mental function for many years due to genetic factors. I've taken many different supplements for these problems, and the phosphatidylserine is among the best. I'm allergic to soy, so I've been waiting for a soy-free option for years. I'll probably take it forever.
