My cousin and I both have fibromyalgia - although we have improved substantially using natural supplements we tirelessly researched. She went into a healthcare facility, and the doctor prescribed her 50,000 IU of vitamin D per week. She said her energy levels improved substantially.
I had only been taking 1,000-5,000 IU, (my labs showed low vitamin D levels), so I located this product, and take it once or twice a week. I have felt pretty good; no adverse effects.
I read that our bodies make very high levels of vitamin D in our skin when exposed to the sun, so I feel safe taking this amount.
Pros:Level of vitamin D higher than most
Added benefit of vitamin K2
